Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Virgin Islands

My clients business has been voted best of in Esquire magazine. Am I legally allowed to put the article on their website?

Any attorney will say it's common practice to report you've been voted best of in a magazine. Putting the entire article (assuming it is subject to copyright) on the website is a different issue. If it is copyrighted, then you likely need Esquire's permission. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
