Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

I sold a car port and storage house to some one in dec of 09 they moved the storage unit a few week later but never came ot get the car port. i've told them over and over again that it needed to be moved. will i be able to sell it to someone else since the first person did not come to get it?

Yes. but you need to give the owner written notice that he is to come and

pick up his property by a date certain or you will have to dispose of it as you see fit. (Retain a copy for your record in the event that this individual later decides

to sue you.)
