help i sold a dog 7 months old nkc reg..was paid with cheack 3 days later buyer says dog has problems and stoped cheack now i am stuck with a bad cheack from bank what do i do

Send demand letter to defaulting buyer that the amount of the check must be paid by a date certain.
Then, if no such payment, file your case against this buyer in small claims court.
