Re: appeal form sample for virginia

An appeal from a Virginia circuit court

to the Court of Appeals must follow the prescribed procedures and format required by Virginia appellate procedure and within the prescribed time frames. It cannot be done by filling out forms or fill in the blank samples as each case is unique and will have its own distinctive content

which must be accommodated to this required format and procedure.

An appellate case, to have any chance of success in the higher court, should be handled not merely by an attorney but one expereinced in these kinds of matters and certainly not by a layperson who is likely just wasting his time as well as that of the court.
