Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

We are a boat dealership in Virginia Beach, and we use a boat inventory management tool that helps us post our inventory on our website. On our website we have a secured credit application, we offer services to appraise boats, transport boats, and insure boats. All of the above items we make money off of. We have found that the company that hosts the inventory management tool has posted links on our site to companies that offer the above services and takes the customers away from our site with out any sort of notification that this is being done. The company that hosts the inventory management tool recieve pay per clicks for each customer that clicks on a link and we do not recieve any of these pay per clicks. We have never authorized these links nor are they posted anywhere on there website stating that these links will be placed on our website. My question is what kind of lawyer would I need to get handle a case against this company for lost revenue. People have been telling me that I should get someone who handle Intellectual property but that does not make sense to me because no one has done any sort of copyright infringement or such. Thanks for your responses.

Before consulting with an attorney regarding the matter, have you noted a

complaint to your server as to why these unauthorized links are being allowed to

be placed upon your website without your permission?
