Re: Can I cancel Contact, If I don'nt like new Company.

The general rule under VA law is that an otherwise valid contract is enforceable even if it is assigned to another company, as long as the contract itself does not prohibit assignability to third parties. The answer under VA law will depend on analysis of the contract language and full development of the facts and circumstances surrounding the contract. An experienced business law attorney should be able to handle this under VA law. Please note that my legal services are available only with a signed engagement agreement. If I can be of any help to you or people you know, give me a call as I would be pleased to provide legal support.
