My husband worked for a new tire business. He got paid cash an had no time sheets they still owe him money and their refusing to pay is there anything we can do?

Yes, you can sue this tire business in your local small claims court for the back wages owed your husband. The cost to file his case is probably around $50. (Merely filing the case and having them served by the Sheriff with the lawsuit papers may be inducement enough to get them to pay what they owe,)
