How to make them stop using my business name
I filed a fictious name DBA for my wrestling promotion several months ago. I have just been informed that there is another wrestling federation in Virginia also using the name. Is there anything I can legally do so that they can no longer use my business's name?

Check with the State Corporation Commission with which you filed your
fictitious name DBA to see what suggestions they may have.
