what are the legal ratification for an employer for on the job injuries to his employees

If you're referring to "legal ramifications" with respect to such employees, usually of foremost importance for the employer would be that such employees who are injured on the job have workman's compensation or other viable insurance coverage available to them to take care of any and all such on the job injuries.
