Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
I received a court document from Loudoun County, VA. With the document, was included, a religious bible tract, obviously left by the deputy. Is that constitutionally legal? Seperation of church and state right?

No, not too likely, but the practice may continue until someone formally complains to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
