Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

I am owed $3,500 from a web hosting company that we do business with. They are located in VA, but I am located in FL.

We send them new customers (by way of referral) and they send us commission checks monthly. They have not paid, are not answering support tickets/emails and not returning calls. I have all proof of tickets and phone calls, including the amount they owe me (as shown on their own website via their affiliate manager!).

Is this something you would consider taking? What are the fees? A percentage or flat rate? Would the fees be paid up front or from recovery?

Thanks,

Rob

More information would be needed regarding this web hosting company, particularly, where the company is located (someone's home or a verifiable business address on the street?) and what kind of assets(bank accounts)/

other business property might this company possess in order to have enough information to respond to your inquiry.
