Reviewing Online Poker sites

I want to start a web site which reviews online poker sites, and provides links to those sites. I have a few questions:

- Is it legal to do so from a server in the US?

- Is it legal to indicate which rooms accept cash accounts from the US?

- Is there a disclaimer I can use to protect myself, or negate any issues implementing the above two items.

What you describe sounds perfectly legal to me. You might want some sort of disclaimer just in case anyone later tries to accuse you of breaking the law, but providing such language is beyond the role of this website. You should hire a lawyer to do this for you if you want it done right.
