Anonymous Phone Calls
I am receiving unwanted phone calls for the past year, I have talked to the phone comp. and the police about tracing the calls, one says talk to the other; what are my options on this matter. They call hold the phone open for about ten seconds then hang up. How can I go about getting these calls traced.

You may wish to try caller ID and/or Privacy Plus to block unwanted calls. Seldom is the phone company helpful in this area.
