broken glass in drink
i contcted the company took them forever to return my call. they did not even ask for any numbers off the bottle or the case the bottle came in. they want me to mail the bottle with the liquid in it bak to the company. the drnk has been opened that is how i found the glass.

Yes, so your question is what? Do you have a viable case in tort against this company? No, not likely unless you can prove by a preponderance of the relevant evidence that the proximate cause of any injury which you sustained as a result of drinking from this container was due to this company's negligence in bottling the drink from which you sipped and that these damages are substantial and therefore worth the time and cost of a lawsuit.
