cashable vouchers

Is the merchant responsible for a

contract I signed for half my money back for an ac unit purchased after 3 yrs? It seems the company that held the money for the merchant went bankrupt.

Re: cashable vouchers

It's unclear what type of contract to which you're referring unless it's some type of warranty coverage for the AC unit. However, if it's a valid and enforceable contract, the merchant would still be liable on the agreement irrespective of what happened to funds supposedly held by some third party who apparently became insolvent.
