Contractor failed to repair [art of my brick wall as promised in estimate, which promised to reuse old bricks. Not a single old brick was reused. They also carted the old bricks away without showing them to me. They claimed the brick were water damaged which was not true. Now the esthetic of the house is affected because the new brick do not march the old brick. The work they performed was also inferior and cracks appeared. What kind of case can I use to sue for non-performance, inferior works, and damage?
