Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
My husband and I are trying to trade a car in. When we went to the DMV we were informed that the paperwork was never submitted. Since he paid for the title and signed a bill of sale can we Sue for breach of contract?

Yes, but such a suit could be less than ripe,(as might be said in certain legal quarters), i.e. premature. Best to first at least attempt
to get a full explanation from the seller as to what's goin' on here
with the situation described.
