bill of particulars answer

I have written a answer to a bill of particulars that a company was ordered to send me, I am wondering should I have an attorney look at it to make sure it is ok? I only have five days to get my answer filed.

Yes, if at all possible, hire an attorney for an hour of his or her time to take the time to review and critique your draft BOP.

Yes. I would recommend seeking even the very brief counsel of an attorney before filing your Answer AND Grounds of Defense as certain of your defenses may not be readily apparent to you.
