Judgment creditor attempts to garnish after exemption

If a judgment creditor attempted to garnish funds in an account that were declared exempt by a judge, causing a $100 garnishment fee to be charged to that account, can it be be sued for this?

Sure, the creditor could always be sued for what you've described, but, successfully? Maybe or maybe, not.
