Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I received a notice of "Warrant in Debt" for a credit card I own on Capitol One for the amount of $3094.00. Can I call the law office of Glasser &Glasser in Norfolk Va and discuss a payment plan. We all have suffered finical difficultys . And I want to have all this paid off as much as they wanted it paid. What should I do ??

Best to arrange to discuss the matter with a local attorney who handles

consumer affairs matters (in my opinion) before you might possibly "dig your liability hole any deeper", so to speak, by talking directly with the law office charged with the responsibility of representing your adversary.
