Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

i would like to know what can i do about a rental car that i rent for some one else, and the person rack the car.i sign for it but i get a letter from enterpraise rental saying they want the money back for the car of 21,000. i can not pay 21,000 please try to help me.

If you rented this rental car for someone else and signed all the paperwork

involved with this rental, you're responsible for it, including paying for the damages to the vehicle caused by this "someone else".

And, yes, if the rental car company's claim is for $21,000.00 (although

that can surely be negotiated down), you may still be looking

at bankruptcy as your only reasonable way out of a situation

that you obviously never should've signed your way into.
