Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

If I have 3 felony charges and 7 mistermeaners for larceny, what are the chances of getting a plea bargin or getting the charges dropped if I return the merchandise, pay for the items and give back the money?

Your lawyer whom hopefully has been retained by now to represent you in these matters would be the best one to ask regarding the possibility of a plea

bargain in your case.

However, with respect to the possibility of your getting all of these charges

dropped, no, I would think not---under any circumstances.
