Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was attacked at a night club early saturday morning. I was hit in the forehead with a Liquor bottle. I have pressed Assault and Battery charges. If the person who attacked me is unable to pay for the hospital bills and the restitution am I able to put a lien on her property like House or Vehicle?
