Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If you have charges under advisement, pending that you do community service and an alcohol safety class, and neither of them are completed by the deadline set by the judge, what happens usually? Because basically I am non-compliant with what the judge ordered me to do ( for underage possession of alcohol and possession of parifinalia ) and I have missed the due date as of today.

The judge, tired of fooling with you, may simply impose whatever
sentence may have been suspended for your commission of the offense.
