I have a child with ADHD AND ODD Oppositional Defiant Disorder that has accussed an adult of seual assualt culd this be consider a part of her defiant behavior?

Possibly, but this is really a question (in my opinion) for a psychologist or psychiatrist who has had the opportunity to study and evaluate the child's medical and social history.
