Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Deceased Husband

My Husband was murdered on 8-17-08. We had our own house which we were buying, but his mother came to the house while he was laying in the yard dead and took almost everything out of the house saying she bought the things for my husband not me. I have nothing left of my husband, do I have any legal grounds? Also, the man who killed my husband lived next door. This man is claiming insanity, and he has done this twice before. Is there anything I can do because the state of Virginia keeps letting him out of Western State Mental Instute?

Please contact me as soon as possible.

Thank you

Re: Deceased Husband

You might consider hiring an attorney, and also calling the police and commonwealth's attorney about the mother.
