Re: drug charges

It sounds as if you may simply have hired the wrong attorney. You may

Ask fir a refund of moneys that have not been used and seek another

Attorney. If this is your choice feel free to contact us at 2127098303

Sadly, there aren't many options in a situation like this. I'm sorry for

Your bad experience.

Re: drug charges

Well, first you need to make sure the attorney is confident that you have PERMISSION to speak to the attorney on your brother's behalf. It is possible that he does not believe he can share confidences with you. try to talk to your brother about this, or get a letter from your brother giving you permission.

What County is this in? When is his court date?

In Virginia, there is very little right to any information about the evidence. So you can be surprised at trial. He will not necessarily know about what evidence they have.

I would definitely say to get a good criminal defense lawyer, but you have already invested $5500. SO you would have to get your money back.

But remember that the attorney owes his duty to the client, your brother. He must do what your brother says, not what the family says.

So it is your brother's decision to change attorneys.

But it would not hurt for you or him to interview some other attorneys.
