forging and uttering

i have 4 counts of forging and uttering all of the checks total 1500.00 what type of sentence do you think this will carry?

Any sentence will depend upon what your previous record is. Your prior record will affect the sentencing guidelines which must be done in all felony cases in Va. With no record your guidelines could come back no time or a range of 1 day to 6 months of incarceration, but those figures are hypothetical without me looking at the necessary guidelines book and your record.
