Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Can The Governor of Virginia or someone higher
Can the Governor of Virginia expunge a felony charge ,if the person who got the charge was not represented properly,, or the victim request it to be removed if its was not intentional,but an accident that the victim got cut mistakenly.
