Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I received a court ordered summons from the state of virginia today. At the time that officer brought the summons i was working. He taped the summons to my door. The only question that i have about this is. I do not know what time he put in my door but it had all my information so that anyone could see it.......including my full SSN # on it. Do i have any claims under the privacy act of 1974 or the Virginia Code Of Law Chapter 35, 59.1-443.2 Restricted use of social security numbers Numbers 1. Intentionally communicate another individual's social security number to the general public; and 4. Send or cause to be sent or delivered any letter, envelope, or package that displays a social security number on the face of the mailing envelope or package, or from which a social security number is visible, whether on the outside or inside of the mailing envelope or package. Thank you
