Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I was recently charged with criminal trespassing. I live in an apartment complex and 6 doors down from my complex is my sister-in-law. She would not stop bothering me via text messages to my phone so i went to her door and knocked on the door to tell her to leave me alone. my puppy was with me since i was originally taking her for a walk. All i did was knock one then left didnt say anything she didnt say anything to me so i went inside and she called the police saying that i was yelling at her kicking her door threatening her when none of that happened but i didnt get arrested i got a warning from them. Then she called them again saying that me my boyfriend and my brother all went to knock on her door when my brother and boyfriend werent even at my house at the time. Then she got a warrant for my arrest for trespassing but how is it tresspassing if she didnt tell me to go away and we live that close to each other. my question is i have a lawyer but how do i prove that she is lying
