Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Sex Offenders
My brother lost custody of his two daughters to his ex-wife. When my brother learned his ex-wife was living with a man, and have since gotten marriedto this man, who was convicted of raping a twelve year old girl. My brother went to court for custody of his daughters and lost because the judge said he did not see any wrong with it. The judge said he would consider case law in the matter but my brothers attorney hasn't found any. Could you please help with any kind of laws that might help him get his daughters away from this man?
