Sexual battery

75 YR OLD MALE FRIEND WAS AT A NURSING HOME AND WAS HELPING TO PUT ON A SWEATSHIRT ON A 80 YR OLD LADY. DURING THIS HIS HAND GOT UNDER THE SWEATSHIRT AND AN AID SAW THIS AND REPORTED IT. the police charged him with sexual battery.THIS PERSON HAS NEVER HAD ANY PRIORS PERIOD! HE HAS OWNED A WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR 6 YRS AND THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN. WHAT CAN WE DO? there has never been any report of this kind ever for him. what are the chances he can get this dropped? he can many letters of support from many nursing homeadministrators,etc and police friends. should he before he goes to the prelim hearing on march 5th? as a firsttime offense what do you think is the worst that could happen/

You should hire an attorney. It seems like he should try the case to get it dismissed or work a deal out with the prosecutor which would result in less

embarassment.
