Underage possession by consumption
Im 17 and i was at a party the other night along with about 40 people. About 20 of us got tickets for underage possession by consumption. I blew a .028. I understand i will probably have to pay up to $500 or get some community service time. But do i have any chance of not getting my license suspended? I do well in school and have a job.

No, your license must be suspended for at least six months, but you may be eligible for a restricted driving privilege. See Va. Code Sec. 4.1-305(C).
If you have no previous convictions, you should also attempt to get the deferred proceeding type disposition for your case which if you successfully complete your probation would allow you to emerge from this sitaution with no record of conviction. Va. Code Sec. 4.1-305(F)
