Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

To Atty Michael E. Hendrickson thank you your honor for replying to my querry, again i have already been to court and meet the judge on UCMJ and i ask if they can show the gun they use to catch speeding vehicles, the police officer who gave me a ticket was not there in the court. Another police officer told the judge that they were not using any gun at all they just estimated the speed i was into and that he has many witnesses of my speeding. This is not even debatable i told them because they cant show me any evidence at all. But still the Master Chief suspended my license for 4 months, accusing me that i was still guilty of speeding. Your HONOR, is this right? What must i do next? They cant prove to me anything, they dont have a gun and the police officer said he's been on this job for 20 yrs and he CANNOT MAKE A MISTAKE IN SPEED ESTIMATION. I am a victim of a drunk driver and suffered for 1 year paralize i have fear of speed, there are cars behind and front of me and yet this police people cannot show me the gun they use if they have. Where here is my right? Thank you once again. Mother of 4.

You should be able to appeal this Master Chief's ruling, suspending your

privilege to drive (which I assume only applies to the military base/reservation).
