Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

Charge has gone to grand jury part 2

So if two of my charges are nolle prosequi and the third, a suspected 3rd DUI has gone to grand jury that means that I still have to go to court since the prosecutor has decided to present his case? My lawyer has said ''don't worry'' but I do worry! Will I have to go to court? What happens now??

As you have retained counsel, please ask your attorney to explain to you in detail what is happening with the charges. He/she is in the best position to advise you regarding specifics of your case.

Of course, you have cause to worry, and, if in fact you're indicted(along with the famous ham sandwich, perhaps,), you will indeed be going to court.
