Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

change in visitation

I have physcial custody as of 12/31/07. Child has lived with me since 04/01/07. Mother had not seen or exercised her visitation until I filed motion for support. Then on 8/1/08 she became invloved. Now she wants to modify custody/visitation to give her more time. This is only so that she doesn't have to pay support (court hearing soon). She claims the child is ''running wild''. Child makes good grades, no trouble with police, etc.

Any chance she has a leg to stand on? She had custody until 12/31/07 at which time the courts gave me physcial custody and us joint legal custody.
