Child support

How do you go about having a non custodial parent served to appear in court on a show cause if the address that you know they are residing at the roomate keeps dening that he/she does not recieve mail nor reside there. Also how would I go about suing the Non CP on my own for arrearages

Re: Child support

You should spend a few bucks to have a private process server serve the summons to appear after this person has had an opportunity to observe and determine the times when the target is likely to be there(and, if necessary, actually coming in or going out the door).

You can sue the noncustodial parent for your arrearages by including the arrearage amount in the Show Cause action which you can initiate by filling out the appropriate papers in the Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court

located in the area where you live.
