Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Culpeper Attorney

I am trying to find an attorney in Culpeper that would be willing to take on my case. Up until this point I have been pro se. A GAL has been appointed for my children. My ex and I had joint legal and her being primary resident. The judge said since I moved and my ex filed first he was granting her motion for sole. I dont see how this is fair. She has kept them from me and denied contact. I am trying to find an attorney in Culpeper who is willing to work with me financially and do some type of payment plan as I am sure this is not the type of case someone would do pro bono. I do not have funds for a retainer fee so that is why I am looking for someone to work with me on a payment schedule. I feel that without an attorney I have no chance. The judge did not want to even listen to anything I had to say and believed everything my exs attorney said in regards to the matter.
