custody and visitations changes/ father with live in girlfriend

Im a mother of 3 girls and remarried what rights does my husband have in the children. Most important my oldest daughter found o big toob that you smoke dope out of when she was visiting father, he lives with a girlfriend that is always trying to get in the middle of everything, she is a convicted felon, also for drugs, the girls say she constintley uses very foul language. Now my oldest daughter doent think she has to listen to me. Can I get full custody because of these and many other situations not listed. Please I need help I feel I am going to loose my girls to the stuff they are subjected to over ther. Alot of times my 2 youngest dont even want to go because they say she is mean to them. Help please I want to save my girls I love them

If the father does not have a visitation order from the court, you can simply not let you chilren go over there anymore. The father would have to file for a visitaiton order with the court and at that time you can explain to the court the circumstances as to why you feel it is not in the children's best interest to have such visitation with their father. If the father does have a court order for visitation you need to file a petition to modify and/or terminate the visitation in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in your county. At the hearing to terminate/modify visitation you need to show with credible evidence what is occuring at Dad's house.
