Is it possible in the state of virginia to divorce uncontested without either party moving out of the home?

Yes, it now is possible to obtain a no-fault divorce in Virginia without either of the spouses moving from the marital home, as long as they can show that they have met the statutory requirements of living separate and apart, continuously, and without cohabitation for the required time (usually one year) and, in effect during this period, have maintained what amount to separate households.
