Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

hi - i am filing for an uncontested divorce and wanted to add my spouse's two vehicles he purchased during the marriage..he refuses to give the vehicle information says that they are not marital property because they are in his name only, he's been making all the payments and i am not responsible for them he is...is this true can i file without the vehicles listed and i would not be responsible for them..thanks neelma

Include in your divorce filing whatever property (to the extent such may be identified) you believe that you may have a marital claim to and, if necessary, let the judge or commissioner assigned to the case sort it out.
