fullcustody and childsupport

my ex husband refuses to see the kids anymore so i am taking him back to court for full custody and more support. our c.s was low becaus he had them at least 90 days a year, but not now. he ,makes 2100.00 grossa month and i make 1400.00 grossa month and pay 550.00 in daycare. he does pay 90.00 a month for medical and all perscriptions. how much would my support be under va guidelines and can i force him to have visitation? please help

I would suggest that you go to the Virginia Child Support Guidelines found at 20-108.2 of the Va. Code and do the calculations for the child support obligation shared by you and your former spouse.
