If my husband is not the paternal father can he get custody of my child?

Yes, possibly, if the child was born of the marriage and no credible evidence has

been presented to the court which would suggest that your husband is not the father, and, furthermore, that the court determines that there are factors sufficiently in his favor that should permit him to at least share in the custody of this child.
