Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my husband and I have been having problems for a very long time. I have found many IM chats and cards from other women stating how much they love him and cannot live without him. We started talking to a moderator but never did anything legal because he decided he did not want the divorce. The past month things seem to get better. Then all of a sudden he disappeared. I got very worried. I called the local hospital and they told me he was in there for out patient surgery. Of course I rush over there. The nurse at the desk did not believe I was his wife and asked "how many wives does he have" I knew right then and there another lady was with him. Of course I get very upset. They told me to come back later when he was out of surgery. I returned and they told me he left but of course I did not believe them because of the way they were acting. I went out to my van and sat there and the next thing I know him another lady come out of the hosiptal and he gets in her vechile. Of course naturally I freak out. and drive up to them screaming and yelling at them. I never touched her. I did call her many bad names and him. she pressed assault charges against me and they both put protective order against me. My husband even went as far as putting a protective order against me and my kids. Saying that I am an angry person. They call me all the time asking me to come see them and i try to explain to them I cannot. He even went as far to tell them that I can see them that I just don't want to. I had to go as far as taking a picture of the order and sending it to them so they would believe me. I don't know what to do. Lost and confused mom

Best (in my opinion) to arrange for a consultation with a local attorney

who handles Virginia domestic relations matters and who can advise

you, and, perhaps, give you some direction regarding some appropriate options and/or courses of action in your current situation of which, apparently, you now haven't the least idea.
