Joint debt left off divorce petition

I believe that when the papers my wife filed in az, arrive here next week, they are not going to include any of the roughly 10k in bad debt accrued during the course or our marriage. Is there any penalty, firiing squad or the like, that she will face for overlooking this debt and not adding it to the petition. as she took care of the finances in the home, hence the bad debt. it really is inconceivable that she could forget this amount

No, Gary, there is not, but you could always contest whatever it is that you wish to contest (or further add)in your answer to your wife's complaint for divorce.
