Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

legal procedures

I am doing my own paperwork for Virginia court of appeals. One of the things they ask for is: ''statement of questions presented and designation of contents of appendix''. What exactly is this, and how do I write it up?

Re: legal procedures

You should schedule a consultation with a Virginia

attorney who is knowledgeable regarding appellate procedures in that state which are too voluminous and procedurally complex to explain in this particular forum. (And, if you fail to follow them, exactly, you will almost certainly end up like most pro se appellant litigants in the Commonwealth---with your case being dismissed.)
