Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was married in the state of Virginia in late Sept. 2010 under extreme emotional distress (partner threatening suicide) and left the country 48 hours later to work in South Korea. My partner followed me to South Korea but in the meantime I discovered a history of cheating and heroin abuse which had not been disclosed to me at the time of the marriage. At this point we have no joint property, no joint finances, no children, have never co habitated, and have not been intimate since before the marriage. I will be returning to Virginia for two weeks in December and wish to get an annulment or an uncontested divorce. What would be the fastest way possible to dissolve the union? How much should I expect it to cost? Thank you for your help.

Once you return and engage the services of counsel, probably within six months

of that date for a divorce and between $1K and $2K for the fee.
