Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Motion to Amend Visitation

Is there anything i can do through the courts since the GAL clearly did not do what was in the best interest of the child? The GAL spoke to the childs counselor and is now wanting to add more to the visitation schedule even after being told the minor child is clinically depressed. I am afraid the minor child will self destruct.

Re: Motion to Amend Visitation

If you have standing to object, you could request

a hearing on the matter to make your views known to

the court.

You could also write a letter to the presiding judge.
