Uncontested but Unwanted divorce

i feel that the child support is negligable ($350 & $0 ins./mnth - 1 minor) but have already signed the paperwork and he has submitted it. can i do anything about changing the amount without going to court. have not signed the waiver - holding out for info.

Most likely not. You will have to file a motion to modify the support based on incomes. There are guidelines in Kansas that are followed. You should have someone run the numbers for you according to the Kansas Child Support Guidelines.
